As our products are handmade and perishable, slight variations in appearance between orders are normal and do not constitute a fault.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. Full allergen information is listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before ordering, particularly if you are purchasing on behalf of someone else.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (subject to order cut-off times). Delivery timescales provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services or any circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy.

As our products are handmade perishable food items, we are unable to accept physical returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
