Delivery Costs

• Standard delivery is £4.99 per order.
• Orders of £40 or more qualify for free delivery — this is applied automatically at checkout.

How We Ship

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, though please allow up to 5 working days before getting in touch, as Royal Mail timescales can occasionally vary.

We currently deliver to all addresses within the UK mainland. If you have a question about delivery to a specific location, please contact us at buttybox@hotmail.com before ordering.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Please bear in mind that our brownies are baked fresh — we never send anything that has been sitting on a shelf. This means there may occasionally be a short additional wait during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery Dates

We do not currently offer a chosen delivery date at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and your parcel will typically arrive within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you need a box to arrive for a specific date — such as a birthday or special occasion — we recommend ordering at least 5 working days in advance to allow plenty of time.

Tracking

Royal Mail 2nd Class is not a tracked service. If you would like a tracked option, please contact us at buttybox@hotmail.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.

Please note that once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, we are unable to control delivery timescales. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll assess each case individually and work with you to put it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
